Built in 1997, 5 Star Island is a 30,000 sq. ft. “masterpiece of design and function.” It boasts unmatched views and an unparalleled location in Star Island.
446 Collins Avenue
Highly recognizable one-story building
This highly recognizable one-story building on the corner of 5th Street and Collins Avenue was completely renovated and updated late in 1992. TK renovated this tired and dull building by stamping his colorful, energetic style on this Pueblo-infused Art Deco landmark.
221 Collins Avenue
In 1992 TK purchased and then refurbished sixteen-unit apartment building
In 1992 TK purchased and then refurbished this charming sixteen-unit apartment building constructed in 1925. He and the Portofino Group later celebratedits grand opening in 1993. TK’s fresh changes to the South Pointe area produced immediate occupancy.
Deco Plaza
Deco Plaza was originally developed as the Motel Lindburgh during the 1930`s
Deco Plaza was originally developed as the Motel Lindburgh during the 1930`s. After a major fire in the 1970`s, the building was condemned. In 1986, the building was completely refabricated as Deco Plaza. It has often been recognized as the successful rehabilitation of an Art Deco building.
404 Washington Avenue
404 remains “the most photographed building” in Miami Beach
Noted as one of the world’s largest glass-block towers, 404 remains “the most photographed building” in Miami Beach. The glorious structure measures eight-stories tall and sits a block wide. It is illuminated with a multi-colored lighting system that could be programmed to change colors continuously.
Portofino Tower
TK built the first and tallest high-end skyscraper in Miami Beach history
In 1996, TK built the first and tallest high-end skyscraper in Miami Beach history-the Portofino Tower. It set the stage for the evolution of luxury condo living in South Beach.

TK’s keen foresight envisioned the Murano at Portofino.
The Murano is amongst the South Pointe jewelscreating the globally renowned South Beach skyline.The Murano provides lavish residential livingin contemporary elegance. Standard amenities as well as a private club and a ‘residents-only’ sandy beach and saltwater pool.
The Shops
TK’s final vision for the South Pointe area.
TK’s final vision for the South Pointe area was to offer luxury shopping at the base of all the gleaming towers. He wanted residents to live in luxury with convenient accessibility to the best shopping in town. To fulfill this dream, TK designed and built “The Shops” at Portofino.
Murano Grande
This chic and trendy condominium is located at the hub of beach life, the Miami Beach Marina.

This gleaming tower stands adjacent to Murano Grande and welcomes all to Miami Beach. For the trendsetting and award-winning building, TK initiated a collaboration of design between the Sieger-Suarez and Fullerton Diaz architectural firms. World famous architect Philippe Starck offered each unit owner the option to purchase one of four customized themed design packages created exclusively for the ICON tower.
Apogee
Located on the last great waterfront site at the southern tip of South Beach
TK consistently portrays thepinnacleof modernityin all his projects, especially Apogee. Located on the last great waterfront site at the southern tip of South Beach, Apogee solely consists of 68 private residences (4 residences per floor, with 17 floors).
South Pointe Park
South Pointe Park
South Pointe Park is a 17-acre urban park in Miami Beach, Florida in the South of Fifth neighborhood of South Beach.It has a different feeling in every area as you move through the park. Sometimes it feels rustic, like when you’re walking through the beach grass near the elevated part. Other times it feels like an urban park where you’re surrounded by high rises.

When TK saw this residence in London, he knew how to enhance its beauty.
When TK saw this residence in London, he knew how to enhance its beauty.Therefore TK remodeled the whole interior and main structure of this villa. By removing parts of the floors in the center of the building and adding a skylight, TK made it possible to enjoy natural lighting throughout this wonderful architecture.
