This highly recognizable one-story building on the corner of 5th Street and Collins Avenue was completely renovated and updated late in 1992. TK renovated this tired and dull building by stamping his colorful, energetic style on this Pueblo-infused Art Deco landmark.
446 Collins marked the first of many exciting and cutting-edge projects for TK and the Portofino Group. It was home to TK’s company for several years before he sold it to City National Bank. It now houses City National Bank’s most profitable office.
